Use of the site www.allyane.com implies full and unconditional acceptance of the general conditions set forth below. These conditions may be amended or augmented at any time, thus users of site www.allyane.com  are advised to check them regularly.
The site is normally accessible to the users at any time. ALLYANE may, however, decide to interrupt access to carry out technical maintenance. ALLYANE will strive to give advance notice of the dates and times of any works to their users.

Unless the prior written agreement of ALLYANE has been obtained, any reproduction, representation, adaptation, publication and/or modification (whether partial or total) is strictly forbidden.
Any unauthorized use of the Site or of any of the items it contains shall be deemed to constitute an infringement and subject to legal proceedings in accordance with the provisions of articles L.335-2 and following the French Intellectual Property Code.

In France, personal data is notably protected by Act n° 78-87 dated January 6th, 1978, Act n° 2004-801 dated August 6th, 2004, article L. 226-13 of the Penal code and the European Directive of October 24th, 1995.
